If your printer spooler services has been deleted or need to repair as it is not working or got corrupted, than following steps can help you to install the same on your computer.
Follow the below steps: ( Keep your XP SP2 CD Ready)
\windows\system32\spoolsv.exe and spoolss.dll, do your system have these files ?
If you don't have these files, try using the XP cd, browse to ie., D:\i386\
expand -r spoolsv.ex_ C:\windows\system32\spoolsv.exe
expand -r spoolss.dl_ C:\windows\system32\spoolss.dll
Your printer spooler services are installed again.
